Problem:
This issue was reported to Lotus Quality Engineering and has been addressed in
Domino release 5.0.6.

SPR# SMUN4NPQE9 - The error "Entry already in index" no longer occurs, when
using "Find replicas on other servers" feature of Database Analysis tool.Supporting Information:

This issue can be reproduced with the following steps:

1. Open the R5 Administration Client.
2. Go to the Files tab.
3. Click on Tools, Database.
4. Highlight a database.
5. Click on Analyze...
6. Check the box "Find replicas on other servers."
7. Click OK.
